Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which refunds are processed and is applicable to users ("You," "Your," "User") of the subscription services offered by The Max Maher Show LLC d/b/a FINOVA ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our"). By utilizing the Company's services, You agree to be bound by this Policy.

Refund Eligibility

All subscription plans come with a 14-day free trial period. After the expiration of this trial, Users are entitled to a 3-day grace period to request a full refund. Refunds are processed solely for the initial subscription period, whether monthly or annual, following the free trial.

Refund Procedure

Refunds shall be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and bank holidays) after the receipt of a refund request. Processing time may vary depending on the User's financial institution.

Non-Refundable Fees

The Company is not responsible for any transaction fees, card processing fees, or any other fees that may be incurred in the refund process.

Limitation of Refunds

Users may only receive one refund per lifetime. Any repeated subscription and refund requests may be deemed as abuse of our generous Refund Policy and may result in immediate termination of the User's account, at the sole discretion of the Company.

Right to Refuse

The Company reserves the right to refuse refund requests under circumstances of evident malintent or breach of the Company's Terms of Service including, but not limited to, reselling of our content, which is strictly prohibited (as outlined at www.finova.finance/disclaimers).

Partial Refunds

For Users who opt for an annual plan, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the Company's discretion.

Shipping Costs

Any shipping costs related to the return of physical products are the sole responsibility of the User.

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered.
